Is the oil lobby racist?

Sheyda calls our attention to another Photoshop scandal.  Talking Points Memo reports that a recently distributed American Petroleum Institute pamphlet features some strategically placed "diverse" individuals (11 and 1 o'clock):

Not creepy enough for you?  Well, an astute TPM reader noted that in the stock photo, "the two men who are now Asian and black are the same man in the photo twice.  Even the stock photo is doctored."  Is the oil lobby The Matrix?
